Mazda Launches Driver’s Choice Event

Premium vehicle drivers have been recently asked to participate in a blind study for luxury vehicles. Each of these vehicles was disguised in camo-wrap and foam pads to hide their brand badges. After test driving these cars, the partakers were asked to give their honest feedback about each car. Later unveiling each vehicles’ brand badge, five out of the six participants were agreeably surprised to find out that they preferred the Mazda over the other comparable brands. The reason why this blind study was filmed was to capture the truthful opinions of everyone who participated. Professionals such as an architect, designer, and engineer were picked for this test due to their ability to professionally speak to Mazda’s superior craftsmanship and engineering.

“This was a risky, but fun way for us to gain insight into what our customers experience when they visit a dealership,” said Russell Wager, vice president of marketing for MNAO. “By removing any preconceived notions about the vehicles, we were able to prove that Mazda vehicles offer similar, if not better, premium amenities and craftsmanship that are typically reserved for luxury brands.”

The 2017 Mazda6 and 2017 Mazda CX-9, two vehicles found here at Balise Mazda, were featured in the latest Driver’s Choice commercials. They both offer options like Nappa leather seats, a Bose sound system and a full-color heads-up display.
